The following terms apply to paid client engagements and are intended to ensure transparent commercial operations between Grohike and each client.

• Governing law and jurisdiction: all service engagements are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Billing and renewal: recurring monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the next billing date.
• Revisions and scope control: each deliverable includes two (2) reasonable revision rounds. Additional revisions, directional resets, or out-of-scope requests are billed separately.
• Portfolio display rights: Grohike may showcase completed, non-confidential work for case studies and marketing unless restricted by a signed NDA or a written opt-out agreement.
• Pause and carry-forward policy: paused services may be carried forward once into the next billing cycle with written confirmation. Unused scope expires after that cycle.

By submitting a consultation request, approving a proposal, remitting payment, or otherwise continuing with Grohike services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Privacy Policy and the Commercial Terms for Clients stated on this page.

If a separate signed master services agreement, statement of work, or NDA is in place, that signed agreement will govern in the event of a direct conflict.
